Welcome to Sales Dojo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.salesdojo.com), services, training programs, and all content offered through our platform (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Sales Dojo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Eligibility
‍
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services
‍
Sales Dojo provides sales training programs, coaching, and educational resources for individuals seeking to grow in their sales careers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Payment and Refunds
‍
Initial Fee

An initial fee of $250 is payable prior to the Participant beginning the Program.

Post-Program Fees

A Post-Program Fee of $4,000 is payable if any of the following conditions are met:

The Participant was recently (within 6 months) hired in a sales or sales-adjacent position making at least $60,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) annually.The Participant gains employment in the 6 months following the Effective Date.The Participant uses the tools and skills learned during the Program to start a business and/or secure non-traditional employment.

The $4,000 will be collected in six equal and separate payments of $667. The payment schedule is as follows:

‍First Payment: Charged to the Participant’s card on file 14 days after their first day of employment.
‍Second Payment: Charged 45 days after the first day of employment.
‍Third Payment: Charged 75 days after the first day of employment.
‍Fourth to Sixth Payments: Charged at subsequent 30-day intervals following the third payment.

Minimum Payment Obligation

Regardless of employment status, the minimum payment is $997 for the cost of training. These payments will be collected over 4 months starting at the conclusion of the program.

Payment Obligations Upon Termination

‍If the Participant participates in one or more weeks of the Program but then declines further participation, and subsequently secures employment making at least $60,000 in on-target earnings within six months from the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Post-Program Fees will become due.

Due to the nature of digital and coaching services, we do not offer refunds once the program has begun unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all payments according to the agreed schedule, regardless of program completion or participation status.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only.

You may not:
‍
Use our content for commercial resale or redistribution.
Harass, threaten, or defame any instructors, staff, or fellow participants.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
We reserve the right to remove you from any program or service without a refund for violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property
‍
All content provided by Sales Dojo, including videos, text, slides, branding, frameworks, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Sales Dojo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality
‍
Participants agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during training sessions, coaching calls, and within private community forums or groups.

7. Results Disclaimer
‍
While our training is designed to help you improve your sales skills and income potential, we do not guarantee any specific results or earnings. Your success depends on your individual effort, background, and commitment.

8. Third-Party Links
‍
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Sales Dojo is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these external sites.

9. Termination
‍
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms
‍
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or through email. Continued use of our Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
